小鼠胚胎干细胞培养基iSTEM

iSTEM是一款卓越的小鼠胚胎干细胞维持培养基。该款产品包含三种小分子抑制物,从而实现阻断干细胞分化的信号通路,同时维持细胞的发育全能性(pluripotency)。 iSTEM可以被应用于难以获得ES细胞的小鼠品系,获取到ES细胞系(1)。
小鼠ES细胞在iSTEM培养基中的增殖速度与在添加了Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (LIF) 和 serum/Bone Morphogenetic Protein (BMP)的培养基中的增殖速度相似(1)。另外,在iSTEM中培养的小鼠ES细胞产生细胞聚落(clone)的能力显著提高(enhanced clonogenicity),从而可以在单细胞铺板后(single cell deposition),产生更多的干细胞克隆。
